A Class for people returning to fitness from injury or illness.
This class aims to restore fitness levels after injury or illness through Breathing, Pilates, Yoga, and Alexander Technique. We focus on improving oxygenation, releasing tight muscles, and enhancing posture, alignment, and core strength while prioritizing injury prevention. We address fascial restrictions, neural tethering, and mental barriers to gently guide the body back to its optimal state.

A class specifically designed with men in mind.
A non-judgemental space where the week’s tensions and weekend’s energetic pursuits can be stretched out, released, and channelled into the Core.
Yogalates
Yogalates
A Class combining the stretching and strengthening benefits of Yoga and Pilates for increased stability and suppleness.
Using the principles of Physiotherapy Teaching, Pilates, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Pelvic Floor training, we work on ways that the body can become strong and supple and reduce the risk of injury and ill health.

Using the principles of the APPI, we approach Pilates with a Physio’s eye for health and well-being to help you achieve a fully-fit, functional and efficient state.
Knee Rehab

A class specifically designed to improve the strength and stability of the knee.
A Physiotherapy based rehab Class looking at helping people understand how the knee works best, develop good muscle length and stretching practice, as well as progressive strength and stability. Great for people with niggles, or recovering from injury, wanting to build back up to activity and sport.

A Class focusing on shoulder stability and strength.
A Physiotherapy based rehab Class looking at helping people understand how the shoulder works best, develop good stability through muscle length and strength. Great for people with niggles, or recovering from injury, wanting to build back up to activity and sport.

225 CHF Includes 30 min Assessment followed by an appropriate 5 week course |
| Core Classes 5 Week Course | 150 CHF Special rate for a whole 5 week course. Paying for a course guarantees a place in the class for the course. |
| Core Classes Ad Hoc | 40 CHF Paying class by class. Only possible if spaces are available. |
* Occasionally courses will be 6 weeks long, in which case the course price is 180 CHF

If you have any injuries please inform the instructor before the class starts. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time during the class please let your instructor know and stop the activity immediately.

Romy is a highly motivated physiotherapist with many years of experience and numerous qualifications, particularly in the musculoskeletal field and in sports. Away from work she also enjoys sport, travel and reading.

Romana successfully completed her training as a medical masseuse in September 2025. During her internship at Core Physio, she gained a wide range of practical and theoretical experience. She offers classic massages, foot reflexology and lymphatic drainage.
